I am confused. I bought this on kickstarter a while ago but I can not figure out ,? Is there a game coming? Is there an ETA?

You should have received an email with download instructions for the Army Editor, which is the first of four modules. The next is the Map Editor (which is ready for beta-testing) and, after that, the Scenario Editor and then the actual game/simulator itself. It’s just like the original UMS except these are four standalone programs whereas in UMS it was just one program that did all these things.
